SIXTEEN DAYS AT MUNGOL-LI

A personal account of forward observer James H. Dill during two weeks in 1951 while serving with L Company, 31st Infantry. Very detailed and intelligent account of his experience in Korea. He has a unique appreciation for the Korean country and culture and is more aware of the impact of warfare than the average soldier. He is especially conscious of the destruction brought on by his own artillery.
